I was born in Switzerland, one of the most beautiful countries in the world, I came to the USA after spending many years in England and Canada. My father was British and my mother Swiss - American so we spoke English at home. Over my lifetime, while I only have passports for two of them, I felt like a citizen of four different countries speaking three different languages, well four, because the native Swiss German dialect is quite different from German.

I have great memories of Switzerland. With its Alps and lakes it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Where I lived as a child up on Mt Pelerin above Vevey and Lake Geneva, I could look down and see this, the Chateau de Chillon on the edge of the lake with what are called the Dents du Midi in the distance.

In America are what we call the American Alps, the spectacular North Cascade mountain range that stretches from Northern California into British Columbia. America also has vast plains, deserts, spectacular coastlines and sandy beaches. With Yosemite, giant sequoias and redwoods and with all its diversity, America in my mind is the most beautiful country in the world.
You may ask who am I to be writing on a topic like this? What are my qualifications to ask the question IS ETERNITY ALREADY HERE and think I have the answer? All I can say is that when a tree starts to grow it can only be what it was programmed for inside the seed. This is how I feel - that in my 'seed' I was preprogramed to explore the relationship of the normal to the paranormal, the physical and spiritual. I wanted to know about humans - what are we, where did we come from, why are we here, what's the best way to live, where do we go from here, and if there is someplace, what's it like and what's the best way to get there? Are we just one of many species evolved on this planet, or are we something more than just human animals? These are the big questions that humans have been asking forever.
So what kind of brain can get into a topic like this? First we'd think it would probably have to be a professor in a university somewhere gathering details and coming up with formulas. But no, that's not me at all. I went to Rutgers where I majored in geology. Since I was already fluent in French, I wanted something different so minored in Russian and in my second year took Spanish. After completing two years I moved to California where I took classes at UCLA and was a professional actor in film and TV while also working in the music business as a manager and song writer.
I was attracted to the human potential movement and began years of meditation from the basis of Yogananda’s Self Realization Fellowship. After many years I was able to break through and reach the superconscious. I later learned about the subconscious and its powers from earning my credentials as a hypnotherapist.
I've started and run different businesses, from a publishing and marketing company that created new corporate images and advertising materials to a company that restored classic cars - on FB /classicridesfactory. I've always loved flying and became a pilot and owned my own planes. I'm a mountain man at heart and spent some forty years of my life living in the local Southern California mountains.
So no, no professor in a university here. This has been an eclectic life, gathering information and experiences from many sources. I've studied the major religions, had my own meditation group, studied physics, and so the result here is a practical, common sense, hard evidence and fact based result wrapped up in decades of what you might call 'hands on' personal paranormal experiences. So the answer to the question in the book title is what we might describe as 360 degrees with all angles covered. It has to work for everybody.
As for the bottom line of all this, Einstein says it best in what he wrote to his daughter:
The main point I want to make here is that this journey is not about me, it's about us. I'm just a messenger, one part of a Universal Team doing my share to help us remember what we really are as souls in a multi-dimensional reality, help open the door to the power of love waiting for our invitation to uplift our lives and flow through us into our world. We can do this together! I hope you will become part of this mission. Thank you for letting me share with you.
So you have something to relate to, here are photos of me taken over the years. The top left is from 1945 at the end of the WW II, and yes, I did live under the Battle of Britain and the blitz and remember it. Lower left is an acting shot from when I was around 27, in the hat photo I was around 60, next is at our mountain cabin when I was around 75. I was 80 when I was given a helicopter flying lesson b-day present. At right I'm with my sweetheart and our German shepherd Rocky.
"If we want our species to survive, if we are to find meaning in life, if we want to save the world and every sentient being that inhabits it, love is the one and only answer. When we learn to give and receive this universal energy, we will have affirmed that love conquers all, is able to transcend everything and anything, because love is the quintessence of life."
Albert Einstein
